TRiO 学生支持 服务

TRiO 学生支持 服务 (SSS) is an academic success program 100% funded by the US Department of Education. To be eligible for the program, a student must be a citizen or permanent resident of the US, enrolled or accepted for enrollment in an associate degree/certificate program, and meet one or more of the program eligibility requirements.

TRIO SSS is designed to support its students in completing their associate's degree, 文凭, or certificate program 和/或 transferring to a 4-year college or university. Students must be enrolled in college-level classes (ENG 100, MAT 101/152 or higher; reading not required).

资格

• Is a first-generation college student (neither parent has obtained a four-year bachelor degree); 和/或
• Meets the US Department of Education 应纳税所得额 given below; 和/或
• Is registered and or approved with 迪士尼彩票乐园app’s Counseling and Career 服务 to receive accommodations

• 学术 advising for some academic program areas
• Individualized academic counseling, career planning/exploration, and success tools
• 学术 mentoring (available for specific courses)
• Computers dedicated for SSS student use (and free printing for classes)
• Personalized guidance for students interested in the 4-year college transfer path, virtual and in-person college visits
• Assistance renewing/completing the FAFSA
• Scholarship opportunities (迪士尼彩票乐园app has an SSS scholarship.)
